As part of the tender team, we conducted a full evaluation of the Marketing Technology (martech) software for each vendor that had been shortlisted to create, manage and fulfil their instore retail communications.

The features and capabilities which were benchmarked and scored included asset management, campaign planning, project management, approvals, brief management, store profiling, studio management, integration, user experience (UX), hosting, client service support and roadmap.

The results and recommendations were presented back to the Marketing Director, and formed the basis for a “key criteria” when awarding the final contract.
