The project steps when horizon planning, are:

  1. Discovery: understand the current business status and short, medium and long term objectives, in relation to the wider vision and mission of the business.
  2. Engagement:  Executive team 1-2-1 meetings, to generate individual insights
  3. Alignment: Alignment of the executive team, that allows us to prioritise the direction of travel and generate the business plan for the next 12 months. Managed through a series of workshops, building on the 1-2-1 calls.
  4.  Accountability: agreed workstreams and accountability, aligned to business objectives and growth plans
