- create a unique positioning around Smartshoring
- advise the Executive Team on strategic acquisitions
- extend the services to include web & app development plus global content management
- advise on marketing technology that will drive business efficiencies
- pivot the marketing strategy to focus on digital, content and performance marketing, as well as events
- deploy hubspot marketing and hubspot sales. Hubspot manages and tracks leads, building out email sequences and relevant custom content, to fill the top of the funnel and nurture leads
- oversee an efficient, agile sales and marketing function
- identify and onboard partner studios in central america
- recruit senior leadership across business functions
- build an effective ABM strategy to tap into uncapitalized growth opportunities within favorable sectors, including Healthcare and Pharma
- operate as a board member, to define the strategic direction of travel for the business
