Philips had recognised that their marketing processes for packaging, digital content and asset approvals management needed to be streamlined. A lengthy time to market was impacting competitive advantage and ultimately global sales.

Working alongside the marketing, legal and compliance teams we engaged in a six-sigma process analysis of the full marketing lifecycle from concept to shelf. Resulting in a series of shortened processes, the removal of obsolete tasks and the creation of stage gates to ensure process rigour. The new processes were enabled by the implementation of a market leading workflow solution. A comprehensive change program ensured high levels of user adoption.
