Finally, we had a fantastic panel discussion facilitated by Laura Forcetti, Global Lead for Marketing at the WFA to see how some of the largest brands in the world are managing the “Content at Scale” challenge. On the panel, were Ezio Saponari, Global Sourcing Manager at Danone, Rammy Elsaadany, Head of Video at Barclays In-House Studio and Nicky Russell, Partner at WDC London.

Some of the questions asked included;

  • How do you deal with the constant demand for content?
  • What agency models do you deploy and what’s the right mix?
  • What assets are best produced in-house?
  • How have marketing delivery models evolved?
  • What makes a successful collaboration between agencies?
  • What are the common mistakes when creating content at scale with agility?
  • How do you see in-housing, outsourcing and offshoring developing in partnership over the coming years?
  • How do you drive efficiencies without compromising on quality or speed?
